Dr. Elizabeth Ennis is a skilled pediatric cochlear implant audiologist native to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of North Texas and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Ennis is committed to evidence-based practice and stays current with the latest advances in audiology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, where she has earned her Certification of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A). Additionally, she is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology and the American Cochlear Implant Alliance. Dr. Ennis has recently completed the Advanced Audiology Course at the Thomas Balkany Institute for Cochlear Implant Training, where she received extensive advanced knowledge of cochlear implants from experts in the field.

Dr. Ennis is known for her empathetic, patient-centered approach and wide variety of audiological skills. Her clinical interests include cochlear implants, bone conductive hearing devices, hearing aids and advanced diagnostic testing for

pediatric patients.

Dr. Ennis’ younger brother was diagnosed with a rare hearing condition while she was in college. His experience with audiology and ENT inspired her to work with young children who are medically complex. She was also diagnosed with hearing loss in graduate school and wears hearing aids.

Outside of work, Dr. Ennis enjoys spending time with her family, reading and Pilates.
