Erin Perry is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with a strong foundation in both acute and primary pediatric care. She began her nursing career in the intensive care unit, where she gained over three years of critical care experience. Motivated to expand her clinical expertise, Erin earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and became certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Erin’s passion for pediatrics led her to transition into pediatric primary care, where she dedicated two years to supporting the health and development of children in an outpatient setting. For the past two years, she has been a valued member of the care team at ENT for Children, where she combines clinical knowledge with compassionate care to support families through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

A dedicated pediatric health advocate, Erin is particularly passionate about the transformative role ENT procedures can play in improving a child’s quality of life. Her perspective has become even more personal since becoming a mother herself, welcoming her daughter in 2025. Experiencing the positive impact of ENT care in her own family has further deepened her commitment to the families she serves.

Erin believes in a patient-centered approach that emphasizes education, empathy and collaboration with families. She strives to be not only a knowledgeable provider but also a trusted partner in each child’s healthcare journey.

Originally from Austin, Erin and her husband have made Dallas their home, where they enjoy being close to family and friends. Outside of her clinical work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, reading and spending time outdoors.
