Pediatric audiologist Tyler Weaver obtained his undergraduate degree in communication sciences and disorders from The University of Mississippi. He then obtained his Doctor of Audiology from The University of Southern Mississippi. While at Southern Miss, Tyler was a part of many research teams, mainly focused on different aspects of electrophysiology (Auditory Brainstem Responses). Tyler’s passion for working with children became stronger when he worked as a graduate assistant for two years at The Children’s Center for Communication and Development at Southern Miss, where he worked directly with an auditory-verbal therapist and an audiologist who provided services to children with various types of hearing loss. Tyler completed his fourth-year externship here at ENT for Children and was hired as a full-time audiologist in May of 2025.

In his spare time, Tyler loves to go to numerous country music concerts around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As an avid follower of many different sports, Tyler often spends time attending or watching his favorite sports teams. Tyler also loves the outdoors and spends any time he gets back home in Mississippi hunting or fishing as much as possible.
